Why do I need to buy this?
We offer free postage to most areas of the UK, however, there are some locations that are classed as "remote" as far as couriers and Royal Mail are concerned. If an order is being sent to any of these locations, then an additional fee may be required to "top up" the postage fee.

What locations are covered by this shipping surcharge?
We call this Highlands and Islands. It's basically, the most northern points of Scotland, the islands off the coast of the UK including The Isle of Man and the islands making up the Channel Islands.
